EXHIBIT 2 <br />INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS <br />Commercial General Liability with minimum combined single limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence <br />for bodily injury and property damage to include coverage for premises / operations, products / <br />completed operations, contractual liability and independent contractors. Workers' <br />compensation to meet statutory limits in compliance with the Workers' Compensation law of <br />Florida and Employer's Liability of $100,000 for each accident, $500,000 disease (policy limits) <br />and $100,000 disease (each employee). Business Auto Liability (if vehicles are involved) with <br />$1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence coverage for bodily injury and property <br />damage. Indian River County is to be an additional insured for CGL and BAL. VeroTown, LLC <br />will also be named as an additional insured on these policies. <br />40 <br />
