Titkanich, Jr., County Administrator <br />Kristin Daniels, Director, Office of Management and Budget <br />Jennifer Hyde, Purchasing Manager <br />FROM: Shelby Ball, Purchasing Specialist <br />SUBJECT: First Amendment to Agreements for Annual Utility Labor Services (RFP <br />2025005) <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On October 22, 2024, the Board awarded RFP 2025005 for Annual Utility Labor Services to CK <br />Contractors & Development, LLC, Hinterland Group, Inc., Meeks Plumbing, Inc., Johnson -Davis, <br />Inc., and G3 Contracting dba Industry Standard. The Village of Palm Springs and St. Lucie County <br />Utilities have requested authorization to utilize our agreement for their needs. All five vendors <br />have indicated interest in allowing the Agreements to be used by other entities. <br />Ci miniiur_. <br />There are no costs associated with the First Amendment. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the Board approve the First Amendment documents and authorize the <br />Chairman to sign them after the County Attorney has approved them as to form and legal <br />sufficiency. <br />ATTACHMENT: <br />First Amendment <br />22 <br />
