(Geosyntec) is pleased to present to you this project completion <br />report for Geosyntec Project No. FL8688 — C&D Debris Disposal Facility Permit Renewal <br />Application for the Indian River County Landfill Facility. This project was completed under <br />Work Order No. 15 authorized on 15 February 2022, pursuant to that certain Continuing <br />Contract Agreement for Professional Services, dated April 17, 2018, renewed and amended as of <br />May 18, 2021, (collectively referred to as the "Agreement"), by and between INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("COUNTY") and Geosyntec <br />("Consultant"). This report has been prepared as a supplement to our final invoice No. 475617, <br />dated 16 June 2022. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The scope of work authorized under Work Order No. 15 was divided into three phases: (i) <br />general consulting/meeting support/project management; (ii) preparation of solid waste renewal <br />permit application; and (iii) response to regulatory comments.
