(EDB) <br />Reason for Change Order: <br />• Add the Human Resources Office remodel improvements to the Tax Collectors Office <br />Expansion Project. Don Hinkle Construction, Inc. to complete this work within the <br />contract time allowed for the Tax Collectors Office Expansion. <br />Items shall include all associated costs with completing the work listed and shown on drawings <br />as detailed within this change order including, but not limited to installation, all labor, <br />construction equipment and materials, and incidentals necessary to perform the work. This <br />Change Order shall be an addition to the existing contract, all existing contract provisions are to <br />remain in place. <br />Documents supporting: <br />Proposal from Don Hinkle Construction, Inc. dated 5-2-2022 <br />IRC Human Resources Interior Remodel design plans by EDB.
