Cost $5. <br />➢ Ages 13 & older. <br />➢ Join Certified Instructor Mirit Wiener and flow to the music at Vinyasa Yoga. Vinyasa is a <br />challenging practice fit for those yoga practitioners having a foundation and understanding of <br />linking breath to movement as well as the seasoned practitioner with a more advanced <br />practice. Vinyasa focuses on consistent movement linking breath to posture. Modifications <br />and options for more restful poses are offered during class. This 1 -hour class consists of warm <br />up exercises, movement, standing sequences, balance, cool down, and rest.
