Chandler <br />County Administrator <br />DI ION HEAD CONCUR ENCE: <br />obe ta ' A <br />Community Devel pmen7irector <br />THROUGH: Stan Boling, AICP <br />Planning Director <br />FROM: Eric Blad <br />Staff Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: November 6, 1996 <br />SUBJECT: PETER ZERVALIS TO REQUEST AN EXTENSION OF SITE PLAN <br />APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT A SINGLE FAMILY DOCK PRIOR TO <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of November 12, 1996. <br />Pursuant to the provisions of section 971.41(7), on June 23, 1995, <br />the Technical Review Committee granted administrative permit use <br />and conditional minor site plan approval to construct a single- <br />family dock, prior to construction of a single-family residence on <br />lot 22 of Sandpointe West S/D. <br />The applicant has filed a request to extend the site plan approval <br />expiration date. The request was filed prior to the expiration <br />date of the minor site plan. Pursuant to site plan regulations, <br />the request may be considered by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />Although the LDRs have been amended since the time of project <br />review and approval, the members of the Technical Review Committee <br />(TRC) concur that subsequent amendments as applied to the subject <br />project are not significant enough to require any revisions or <br />redesign of the project. All TRC staff members have recently <br />approved the applicant's request for site plan extension. <br />As allowed under provisions of the LDR <br />a full one year extension of the s9 <br />date.
