Cost $6. <br />➢ Ages 13 & older. <br />➢ This all -level Hatha Yoga class involves standing and seated poses using a mat or chair, while <br />performing breathing exercises and meditation. Hatha Yoga is a slower and gentler meditative <br />practice, great for beginners or experienced students, and will still challenge participants mentally <br />and physically. Adaptive Hatha Yoga is a style that considers all bodies and abilities.
