Exhibit A <br />ENVIRONMENTAL LAND BOND <br />Property Assessments <br />.�y.0RIP t <br />This Amendment #2 under Contract #2023064 is to complete additional property assessments in <br />support of the County's Environmental Land Acquisition Bond. <br />The purpose of the Property Assessments is to provide the Environmental Lands Acquisition Panel <br />(ELAP) with sufficient information to allow members to rank nominated parcels that have (1) met the <br />minimum review criteria and (2) received documentation from the property owner that the nominated area <br />may be included for consideration for purchase (i.e. "Willing Seller"). A Property Assessment is needed <br />for each parcel to be ranked by the ELAP.
