SUBLETTING <br />The CONSULTANT shall not sublet, assign, or transfer any work under this Agreement without the <br />written consent of the COUNTY. When applicable and upon receipt of such consent in writing, <br />the CONSULTANT shall cause the names of the architectural firm or engineering firms, <br />responsible for the major portions of each separate specialty of the work to be inserted on <br />reports or other data. <br />It is anticipated that the CONSULTANT shall sub -contract the following portions of the work: <br />-Contract Administrator: CONSULTANT—Schulke, Bittle&Stoddard, LLC <br />-Civil Engineering: CONSULTANT—Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard, LLC <br />-Surveying: Houston, Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard, LLC dba <br />Meridian Land Surveyors <br />-Geotechnical Engineering: KSM Engineering and Testing, INC <br />-Traffic Engineering: N/A <br />-Architecture: Caribeno Architectural Group, INC <br />-Structural engineer: CONSULTANT — Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard, LLC <br />-Mechanical and Electrical Engineers: KAMM Consulting, INC <br />-Landscape designers: CONSULTANT—Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard, LLC <br />11 <br />120 <br />
