EMERGENCY SITES & POD PLAN <br />The County Emergency Management Agency shall provide their emergency sites (i.e., <br />County Staging Areas, Points of Distribution (POD), Debris Management Sites, etc.) <br />locations and create a POD Plan focusing on the distribution of resources (i.e., food, <br />water, etc.) during the aftermath of disaster. <br />To demonstrate successful completion, the Recipient must submit the following in DEMES: <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />• Submit the County Shelter Locations by January 12th, 2026 in WebEOC; <br />• Submit the County Shelter Plan by January 12th, 2026 in DEMES; <br />• Submit the County Emergency Sites Locations by January 12th, 2026 in WebEOC; and <br />• Submit the County Point of Distribution Plan by January 12th, 2026 in DEMES. <br />REPORTING REQUIREMENTS: <br />Quarter 1 <br />Quarter 2 <br />Quarter 3 <br />Quarter 4 <br />NIA <br />Deliverables Due <br />Updates Only <br />Updates Only <br />TASK 1: STATEWIDE EXERCISE AND CONFERENCE ATTENDENCE <br />A. FLORIDA TRAINING FOR EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND STATEWIDE EXERCISE <br />The County Emergency Management Agency must provide documentation demonstrating <br />attendance of its emergency management funded staff at Florida's Training for Emergency <br />Management (FTEM) Conference and a full day participation in the yearly Statewide Exercise. <br />For FTEM, standard counties are required to show attendance of at least two (2) such staff <br />members, while fiscally constrained counties must demonstrate attendance of at least one <br />(1) staff member. <br />To demonstrate successful completion, the Recipient must submit the following in DEMES: <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />• Self -Report — Statewide Exercise and Conference attendance proof submitted in <br />accordance with Table below. <br />• A copy of the post -event report with attendee names, session summaries, and lessons <br />learned. <br />REPORTING REQUIREMENTS: <br />182 <br />
