Upon review of the bid, qualifications and references, staff has <br />determined that Heavy Civil, Inc. has successfully completed similar projects. <br />BUDGETARY IMPACT <br />Funding for the project, in the amount of $469,387.65, is budgeted and available in the Secondary Roads/Road <br />Resurfacing/Shooting Range Resurfacing account, number 10921441-053360-23018, as approved in the Fiscal <br />Year 2024/2025 Capital Improvements Element. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommend the project be awarded to Heavy Civil, Inc. in the amount of $469,387.65.
