PREVIOUS BOARD ACTIONS <br />On September 13, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved Work Order No. 54 to Kimley-Horn <br />and Associates, Inc. to provide survey, geotechnical investigation, roadway design, and permitting services for <br />the proposed roadway improvements to be made to the 90' Avenue and Oslo Road Corridor. <br />The Board awarded Bid No. 2024015 to Guettler Brothers Construction, LLC in the amount of $2,396,716.50 <br />on April 23, 2024, for the Oslo Road and 901 Avenue roadway improvements project. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of Change Order No. 1 and payment of Contractor's Application for Payment No. <br />2215-10 in the amount of $108,462.09 for release of retainage once all subcontractor final lien releases have <br />been received. <br />Indian River County, Florida Page 2 of 2 Printed on 7/10/2025 <br />powered by legistar 1w, 83 <br />
