Upon Client's election of Care Naviga- <br />tion Services, RIGHTWAY provides Client with a minimum return on investment ("ROI") for Care Navi- <br />gation Services in accordance with the terms and conditions described in Exhibit 8 (Care Navigation Ser- <br />vices ROI Assurance Methodology and Terms).
