CCNA2023 WORK ORDER 06 <br />Bowman Consulting Group, LTD. <br />Lift Station 201 Replacement <br />Task 4 — Permit Application Fees <br />The following permit application fees shall be paid by the County under this task: <br />1. City of Sebastian Right of Way - $250.00 <br />2. FDEP Wastewater Construction General Permit - $250.00 <br />Task 5 — Bid Documents and Bidding Assistance <br />Bowman shall prepare bid documents and specifications to support a public bid. This task shall include <br />attendance of the pre-bid and bid opening, assistance addressing requests for information (RFI's) during the bid <br />process, and a recommendation of bid award. <br />Task 6 — Construction Observation & Certification <br />Utilities staff will provide daily oversight of construction. Bowman shall provide construction observation and <br />certification services including shop drawing review and response to contractor requests for clarification (RFC's). <br />Bowman staff shall attend the following formal events: <br />- Pre -Construction Meeting; <br />- Wet Tap of Forcemain; <br />- Force Main Pressure Test; <br />- Lift Station Start-up; <br />- Abandonment of Existing Wet Well; and <br />- Final Walk -Through <br />This task shall also include two (2) site visits during the construction process. Upon completion of construction <br />the project's conformance to contract documents shall be certified to City of Sebastian (Right of Way), FDEP, <br />and Utilities. <br />Utilities to Provide <br />Utilities will provide the following data to support the design: <br />Survey Services <br />- Geotechnical Services <br />Force Main System Pressure Data <br />Existing Lift Station Flow Data (i.e.: run times, etc.) <br />All Easement Documents <br />
