Policy 2.1: Consistent with Policy 2.1 of the Coastal Management Element, the county hereby adopts the State designation of Class 11- "shellfish propagation or harvesting," as defined in the FDEP' s 209 2022 Surface Water Quality Standards report, as the minimum water quality standard for the following portions of the IRL located within Indian River County: from the north county line south to the CR 510 causeway east of the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW); south of the CR 510 causeway to the North Relief Canal, and from the SR 60 to the south county line.
