Exhibit A <br />ERP Subject Matter Expert <br />ERP Training Lead <br />ERP Training Support <br />Task 2.8 -Additional Cybersecurity Support <br />caARGaD15 <br />As a result of the review and evaluation of Industrial Controls Systems (ICS) design submittals for cybersecurity <br />enhancements completed under Task 2.2 of the Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA), follow up meetings with <br />IRCDUS staff are key to further discussing and evaluate the recommendations included in the technical <br />memorandum. <br />A two-hour in-person workshop and up to three, two-hour virtual meetings will be conducted with applicable <br />IRCDUS staff, stakeholders, and the ICS subconsultant (Grey Matter Systems) to provide follow up review <br />services for the major ICS Network project that emphasizes cybersecurity enhancements to address <br />cybersecurity identified OT system vulnerabilities. The project is nearing completion of the design phase and is <br />being led by the department's Industrial Controls Systems (ICS) subconsultant (Grey Matter Systems). <br />The review will focus on accomplishing the following: <br />• Reviewing DMZ network zones and network architecture revisions. <br />• Reviewing Proxy Server and Remote Access more closely. <br />• Improving Networking monitoring and event management. <br />• Guide for next steps to develop a `security program'. <br />• Review contract documentation listing the design requirements. <br />o Review the list of deliverables for the integrator. <br />o Discuss steps for the implementation phase. <br />Meetings <br />• One, 2 -hour in-person workshop (up to three (3) Arcadis staff) <br />• Up to three, 2 -hr virtual meetings (up to three (3) Arcadis Staff) <br />Deliverables: <br />• In-person workshop summary of key highlights, minutes, and decisions. <br />• Three, two-hour virtual meetings and summaries <br />• ICS Network cybersecurity design review and validation technical memorandum revision, as needed. <br />Task 3.6 - Support on Board of Commissioners Meeting <br />Arcadis will assist IRCDUS in preparing a presentation on the results of the Americas Water Infrastructure Act <br />(AWIA) project, focusing on the Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) and the Emergency Response Plan <br />(ERP), for the Board of Commissioners Meeting.
