ARTICLE 9 <br />BULLETIN BOARDS <br />9.01 The Union may have a bulletin board in each Emergency Services station for the <br />posting of notices. <br />9.02 All materials placed upon the bulletin board by the Union will be on official IAFF <br />letterhead and signed by the Union President or his designee. The Fire Chief or his designee shall <br />be furnished with a copy of any material to be posted prior to posting. <br />9.03 Under no circumstances shall the Union post any notice containing material of a <br />political nature or material tending to directly or indirectly disparage or demean the County or any <br />of its elected or appointed officials or employees. <br />9.04 Material placed upon the bulletin board which fails to comply with, or violates, the <br />foregoing may be immediately removed by the County. <br />11 <br />
