ARTICLE 6 <br />SEPARABILITY <br />6.01 The parties hereto agree that should any article, section or paragraph of this <br />Agreement be declared by a court of competent and final jurisdiction in the premises to be <br />unlawful, invalid, ineffective or unenforceable, said article, section or paragraph shall not affect <br />the validity and enforceability of any other article, section or paragraph hereof, and the remainder <br />of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. In the event any article, section or <br />paragraph of this Agreement is lawfully declared invalid, the Employer and the Union shall meet <br />immediately to negotiate a replacement article. <br />7 <br />
