A TRUE COPY <br />CERTIFICATION ON LAST PAGE <br />STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION RYAN L. BUTLER, CLERK <br />ROAD JURISDICTION TRANSFER (RJT) AGREEMENT <br />side of 15th Avenue SW. <br />h. Pond 200 (Phase 1), located along the north side of CR -606 (Oslo Road), just west <br />of Bridge #884080 over Lateral J Canal. <br />4. The DEPARTMENT accepts all responsibility for and will operate and maintain the <br />future stormwater detention areas listed below, and as depicted on Exhibit F-3, that <br />serve the subject roadway segments of CR -606 (Oslo Road) and CR -510 (90th <br />Avenue/85th Street), respectively, upon construction completion: <br />a. Pond C-1, located to the north of CR -606 (Oslo Road), just west of 74th Avenue <br />SW. <br />b. Pond B-1, located to the north of CR -606 (Oslo Road), just west of CR -615 (66th <br />Avenue SW). <br />c. Pond B-2, located to the north of CR -606 (Oslo Road), just east of CR -615 (66th <br />Avenue SW). <br />d. Additional stormwater detention areas associated with active or planned <br />DEPARTMENT Work Program projects listed in Section I.D. that service the <br />subject roadway segments of CR -510 (90th Avenue/85th Street) exclusively, <br />following the effective date of transfer. <br />5. The DEPARTMENT delegates the following responsibilities to the COUNTY: <br />Provision of electricity and water for the irrigation system, mowing (when custom <br />landscaping is present), and the maintenance of existing landscape, outfall routes, <br />irrigation lines, and amenities within the right-of-way. Amenities include, but are not <br />limited to, entrance monument signs, benches, trash cans, flag poles, bus stops, <br />transit shelters, and other assets installed by the COUNTY or the DEPARTMENT, <br />including those associated with current or future road construction projects, and <br />assets installed through permit. The COUNTY agrees to accept these responsibilities, <br />and the COUNTY can draft and amend, as necessary and appropriate, existing and <br />new agreements between separate parties to carry out such responsibilities and <br />maintain roadway function. <br />6. The DEPARTMENT may delegate responsibilities to local MUNICIPALITIES or other <br />parties as necessary and appropriate to maintain roadway function. <br />7. The following items will remain under the operation and maintenance responsibility of <br />their current provider: <br />a. Existing amenities installed by a public agency (other than the COUNTY or the <br />DEPARTMENT) or private entity for public use, including those associated with <br />current or future road construction projects, and assets installed through permit. <br />b. Existing installed utilities (including but not limited to: fiber-optic cables, gas lines, <br />water lines, sewage lines, and electrical lines). <br />c. Existing stormwater detention areas that serve the roadway and/or private property <br />that are located wholly or partially outside the right-of-way. <br />Road Jurisdiction Transfer (RJT) Agreement — Page 15 <br />
