Earnheart and Brenda E. Earnheart, his wife, and James Robert Jordan and Doris <br />May Jordan, his wife, said Grant of Easement being recorded in O.R. Book 0820, Page 2267of <br />the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, the new owner, Katherine Burns, purchased the home and learned that some <br />previous owner installed a garage, concrete patio, and pool over the easement and the pipe was <br />failing. The drainage pipe was relocated away from the residence and remains within the <br />easement. The Indian River County Public Works Department has no further need to retain the <br />portion of the easement located beneath the existing garage, concrete patio, and pool. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT is executed on behalf of the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 180127 1h Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />KATHERINE BURNS <br />13620 North Indian River Drive, <br />Sebastian, FL 32958 <br />her successors in interest, heirs and assigns, Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby partial release all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described Grant of Easement: <br />SEE SKETCH AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A" <br />[SIGNATURES TO FOLLOW ON NEXT PAGE] <br />
