(SELY 100 FT OF PART OF LOTS 5 & 7; LYING E OF OLD D/H AS IN <br />D BK 42 PP 479; LYING E OF US HWY NO 1; AS IN D BK 83 PP 131, ALSO DESC AS IN <br />OR BK 3039 PP 219); and <br />WHEREAS, Katherine H. Burns, the owner of 136220 N Indian River Drive, has made <br />application to Indian River County requesting that the County release the easement, or portion <br />thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, or portion thereof, as described below, serves no <br />public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and <br />interest that it may have in the following described easement(s): <br />SEE SKETCHAND LEGAL DESCRIPTIONA TTA CHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A" <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flesch , seconded <br />by Commissioner Adam , and adopted on the 18th day of NmuTbEr 2025 <br />by the following vote: <br />Commissioner Joseph E.
