He named several <br />companies which are interested in the project and detailed their <br />recent investigations concerning production of methane gas. He affirmed they are not looking to <br />the County to provide money. <br />Mr. Knigin reported that they are being "deluged" by people in <br />the business interested in coming to Indian River County. He <br />explained the role of Ocean Spray with respect to the need/plan for <br />steam generation. He advised of a meeting with the Adler Group in <br />Miami and that industrial parks are their area of expertise. He <br />stated that Adler is desirous of providing the leasing, management, <br />and development of the industrial park. In reference to Adler <br />investing equity capital in the project, he read a letter he had <br />received by FAX indicating their interest in further discussion. <br />Mr. Knigin assured the Board that the project was extremely <br />viable and worthwhile. <br />Norman Lipshie also assured the Board that they have <br />personally supported this project, have the ability to continue to <br />support it and will support it.
