10.13 PURSUANT TO FLA. STAT. § 558.0035, AN INDIVIDUAL <br /> EMPLOYEE OR AGENT OF THE CONSULTANT MAY NOT BE HELD <br /> INDIVIDUALLY LIABLE FOR NEGLIGENCE.
