The County shall pay the Society a flat monthly fee of $51,913.68, which shall <br />commence of December 1, 2025, for the services described herein. <br />4. Section 1.5c shall be amended to read: "The Society will comply with all local, state, and <br />federal laws regarding all programs." <br />5. Article 11.1 shall be amended to require 90 days' notice for termination for convenience <br />on behalf of County and 120 days on behalf of Society. <br />6.
