September 3, 2025 <br />Brian Good, P.E. <br />Senior Vice President <br />Kimley Hom <br />445 2411 Steet <br />Suite 200 <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />(772)791-4087 <br />RE: Topographic Survey of 43rd Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida <br />CIVILSU.0& <br />A Tradition of Innovative Engineering <br />In accordance with your request CivilSury Design Group, Inc. is pleased to propose to provide a Topographic Survey for a portion <br />of 43rd Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida. <br />The Limits of the Topographic Surveys are as follows: <br />1) The Northern limit is South edge of pavement of 43Rd Avenue and 1211 Street <br />2) The entire width of 43rd Avenue Right -of -Way and 10' East and West of the existing Right -of -Way <br />3) The Southern limit is the South Edge of pavement of 611 Street. <br />The Survey shall adhere to the Minimum Technical Standards as set forth by the Board of Surveyors and Mappers pursuant <br />to Rule 5J-17 of the Florida Administrative Code. <br />Horizontal datum shall be based on the East Zone of the Florida State Plane Coordinate System. <br />1) Have 4 vertical control points for future construction. Vertical datum will be dependent on nearest vertical control to project. <br />2) Provide cross sections ant 50' intervals <br />3) Locate all striping, culverts etc. within the project limits <br />4) Locate all trees 6" or greater <br />5) Spot elevations at 50' intervals including intermediate highs and lows <br />The Lump sum fee per for the Topographic Survey is $25,750.00. <br />Shipping fees are not included. <br />Deliverables will include an AutoCAD drawing and points text file of the Topographic Survey as well as a PDF file. <br />Please feel free to contact me anytime if you have any questions.
