Mehta, P.E. <br />13 November 2025 <br />Page 11 <br />SCHEDULE <br />Upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) from the SWDD, Geosyntec will initiate work on 1 <br />January 2026 or immediately if authorization is provided after 1 January 2026. The compliance <br />reports required by each permit will be completed and submitted to the FDEP before the <br />deadlines discussed above. Other technical and miscellaneous permit compliance support <br />services will be provided on an as -needed basis. <br />BUDGET ESTIMATE <br />Geosyntec proposes to perform the above -referenced work on a lump sum basis for $287,637.28. <br />A budget estimate for the scope of work outlined in Phases 1 through 6 of this proposal is <br />summarized in the following table, and a detailed budget estimate is provided as Attachment 1. <br />The budget estimate presented in this proposal is based on Geosyntec's understanding of the <br />project requirements, our experience gained from executing similar tasks for the SWDD during <br />2007 and 2008 as well as 2020 through 2025, and experience with compliance monitoring, and <br />reporting at similar facilities. <br />Phase 1 — General Consulting/Meeting Support/Project Management $36,377.76 <br />Phase 2 — Semi -Annual Sampling and Reporting $63,488.80 <br />Phase 3 — Quarterly Assessment Monitoring and Reporting $87.333.28 <br />Phase 4 — Storage Tank Groundwater Monitoring Well Sampling and Reporting $32,091.24 <br />Phase 5 — Title V Permit Compliance and Reporting $26,260.00 <br />Phase 6 — Technical and Miscellaneous Permit Compliance Support and Reporting $42,086.20 <br />TOTAL 5287,637.28 <br />Geosyntec will invoice the SWDD each month of the project on a lump sum, percent complete <br />basis in accordance with our Agreement. Additional services or any significant change in the <br />scope of work will be performed using the Rate Schedule included in our Agreement.
