b. Concrete, pavers and asphalt may extend into the right-of-way from the property <br />line to the road side edge of the culvert or to the low point of the invert (if the <br />driveway is inverted). <br />c. Asphalt millings and marl/shell driveways may extend to the edge of the travel way. <br />d. Design and construction shall comply with current Standard Details as applicable. <br />The above requirements apply to construction within IRC rights-of-way only. <br />5. Policy Term: <br />This policy rescinds and nullifies all previous policies regarding acceptable residential <br />driveway materials within the public rights -of way both written and intended. <br />This policy shall become effective upon Board approval and shall remain in effect until the <br />Board of County Commissioners revokes or modifies. <br />Presented to and approved by the Board of County Commissioners on January 13, 2026 <br />
