Finney, SRA <br />County Right -of -Way Agent CONSENT AGENDA <br />SUBJECTS Oslo Road Right -of -Way Acquisition; Parcel #101-C <br />DATE$ November 17, 1995 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />An additional 70' of right-of-way is needed along Oslo Road west of <br />58th Avenue for the paving improvement project. <br />The property owner has executed a $24,864 contract at the appraised <br />value of $14,400 per acre for the A-1 zoned land. <br />This is the second of three equal payment annual purchases.
