THE <br />PROPOSED AMENDMENT WOULD ALLOW CAR WASHES (NO REPAIRS) <br />AS A PERMITTED USE WITHIN THE CL DISTRICT. THIS AMENDMENT AND <br />SIX OTHER AMENDMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR ADOPTION, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1. Allowing car washes (no repairs) in the CL (Limited Commercial) <br />zoning district as a permitted use (Chapter 911). <br />2. Restatement of special setbacks for utility sheds (Chapter 912). <br />3. Modifications to extend land development permit and prelimi nary <br />plat approval time frames (Chapter 913). <br />4. Referencing "fueling position" rather than "pump" regarding the <br />traffic impact fee category for gasoline sales (Chapter 953). <br />5. Minor revisions/update of handicap parking requirements <br />(Chapter 954). <br />6. Clarification of concurrency criterion for accessory dwelling units <br />(Chapter 971). <br />7. Codification of the adopted Wabosso Corridor Plan devel opment <br />requirements (Chapter 911). <br />A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ORDINANCE AMENDING USES WITHIN <br />THE CL ZONING DISTRICT, AND THE OTHER DESCRIBED AMENDMENTS, <br />WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 4, 1996 AT 5:01 P.M. AND <br />ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 1996 AT 9:05 A.M. AT THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS CHAMBERS, 1840 25TH STREET, VERO <br />BEACH, FLORIDA.
