s � � <br />Commissioner Adams wanted to know if there were any other <br />alternatives rather than paying more than the appraised value, and <br />County Attorney Vitunac felt the County would end up spending an <br />extra $10,000 or more by going to court. During the <br />construction of these utilities, various changes have been <br />necessitated by field conditions, road construction and right-of- <br />way restrictions.
