He pointed out <br />that the traffic counts in the TIA studies did not include the full <br />build -out occupancy levels of Ryles Run and Citrus Woods. <br />Lucy Salvatore, 20 Vista Gardens Trail, asked that the Board <br />1) Deny bonus density credits and transfer rights. <br />2) Impose a landscaping plan for the frontage on Indian River <br />Boulevard which would require a 6 -ft. buffer. <br />3) Appoint a task force to make recommendations for future <br />growth along the Boulevard. <br />4) Impose a building moratorium while studies are being done. <br />Chuck Riatto, 14 Vista Gardens Trail, presented a petition <br />signed by 853 concerned residents in and around Indian River <br />Boulevard who oppose the special exception. He emphasized that <br />they would have had a lot more petitions but they only had one <br />week's time to collect signatures.
