fee fund. Mr. Schommer has paid $65,936.00 in impact fees to allow Washington Plaza to connect to water and sewer. Eventually, at least $41,210.00 in additional impact fees will be paid by "Phase i" customers and $123,630.00 will be paid by "Phase 2" customers (based on one ERU per parcel). RECOMMENDATION The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the attached Developer's Agreement as presented, approve the future recovery of costs contributed to the sewer system and authorize the Chairman to execute the same. ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously approved the Developer's Agreement with Alan Schommer and approved the future recovery of costs contributed to the sewer system, as set out in staff's recommendation.
