Following is a list of the necessary permits for that <br />project: <br />Florida Department of Environmental Protection <br />Construction permits: <br />Dredge and Fill -- impact to any jurisdictional <br />wetland species. <br />Groundwater impact to the groundwater. <br />Stormwater impact to surface water quality is <br />impacted. <br />Natural Resources impact to submerged lands. <br />St. Johns River Water Management District <br />Army Corps of Engineers access from the land to navigable <br />waterways. <br />Fish and Game Commission protection of endangered <br />species. <br />Indian River Farms Water Control District construction is <br />in or across their right-of-way. <br />Indian River County Planning and Zoning: <br />County and Federal Emergency Management Association <br />requirements. <br />County Wetland permit. <br />Indian River County Building Permit <br />Indian River County Tree Removal Permit <br />Health Department Tree Burning Permit <br />Licenses or permission to use easements. <br />Requirements upon construction completion: <br />Operation and Maintenance Manual <br />FDEP Operation Permit <br />FDEP NPDES Permit <br />B. Maintenance of Permits <br />Just as you would expect, some permits require more <br />maintenance than others. For example, maintenance <br />requirements relating to our treatment plant permits are <br />as follows: <br />1.
