BOOK 1-00 FADE OIL <br />PROCLAMATION FOR RETIRING CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />I W o <br />Chairman Eggert read the following proclamation and presented <br />it to Ms. Barbara Bonnah. <br />PROCLAMATION <br />HONORING BARBARA BONNAH <br />ON HER RETIREMENT <br />EFFECTIVE MARCH 13, 1997 <br />WHEREAS, BARBARA BONNAH moved to Vero Beach from Grosse Pointe <br />Woods, Michigan in the fall of 1982; and <br />WHEREAS, her background included executive secretarial and <br />administrative assistant positions; and <br />WHEREAS, BARBARA was hired by the Clerk's office on January <br />21, 1983 as a Recording Secretary whereby she began taking official <br />minutes of the Board of County Commission meetings; and <br />WHEREAS, BARBARA was promoted to Supervisor of the Clerk to <br />the Board office in January, 1992, which position she has held to <br />the present time and at the time of her retirement; and <br />WHEREAS, she has worked diligently to assure that the minutes <br />accurately reflect the Board of County Commissioners' actions, and <br />that all documents approved by the Board are correctly completed <br />and entered into the official record; and <br />WHEREAS, BARBARA has tendered her retirement to be effective <br />March 13, 1997: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the Board <br />extends to BARBARA BONNAH thanks for a job well done, and its <br />heartfelt wishes for a happy and prosperous retirement. <br />Adopted this 11 day of March, 1997. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />Carolyn.
