<br />NOTICE - PUBLIC HEARING
<br />The Board of County Commis-
<br />sioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, will consider the adoption
<br />of a county ordinance rezoning
<br />)land from: A-1, Agricultural District
<br />I(up to 1 unit/5 acres) to RMH-8,
<br />Mobile Home Residential District
<br />(up to 8 units/acre). The subject
<br />oroperty is owned by Thomas S.
<br />Hammond. The subject property is
<br />iocated on the north side of 26th
<br />Street, approximately 1/4 mile
<br />east of 74th Avenue, and contains
<br />approximately 30.3 acres. The
<br />subject property lies in the south-
<br />west 1/4 section of Section 31,
<br />Township 32S, Range 39E, lying
<br />and being in Indian River County,
<br />Florida.
