O'Brien - Assistant County Attorney <br />DATE: May 7, 1997 <br />SUBJECT: Deed of County Property to City of Sebastian <br />The Board of County Commissioners at its regular meeting of May 6, 1997 <br />directed staff to prepare the necessary documents to transfer surplus County <br />property to the City of Sebastian. Transfers of this nature are authorized by <br />Section 125.38, F.S. <br />A copy of the deed to be executed by the Chairman on behalf of the Board is <br />attached.
