The foregoing recitals are <br />affirmed and ratified in their <br />entirety. <br />2. A project providing for pav- <br />ing and drainage improvements to <br />101 it Avenue between 79th Street <br />and 87th Street in Vero Lake <br />Estate; heretofore designated as <br />Public Works Project No. 9309 is <br />hereby approved subled to the <br />tams outlined above and all appli- <br />cable requirements of Chapter 206, <br />at. seq. Indian River Courtly Code. <br />38 <br />The foregoing resolution was <br />offered by Commissioner Adams, <br />who moved its -adoption.
