Ron McCall of The McCall Agency advised that premium increase would allow the out-of- state retirees, together with any covered dependent children attending school out-of-state or employees traveling out-of-state, to be reimbursed at a higher co -pay level. The total net change in the contract price for this change order is a decrease in the amount of (-$12,649.73), this deducted from the current contract amount of $1,252,573.33 results in a new contract amount of $1,239,923.60.
