PUBLIC HEARING — CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF <br />MODIFICATIONS TO RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL BUFFER <br />REOUMEMENTS <br />(continued from 5/20/97) <br />Chairman Eggert advised that the Board needed to decide about the nuisance disclaimer, <br />but, because Commissioner Tippin was absent at the last meeting, if three of them wished to <br />reopen the whole item, in order to discuss the buffer, as well, they could do that. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED BY Commissioner <br />Ginn, the Board, by a vote of 4-1 (Commissioner Adams opposed), <br />reopened consideration of the entire proposed amendment. <br />Planning Director Stan Boling reviewed the Memorandum dated May 21, 1997, and <br />advised that the ordinance presented for their consideration in the backup materials reflected the <br />changes made at last week's meeting. <br />TO: James E.
