That prior to splitting Lot F: <br />a. The applicant shall submit to staff for approval an <br />executed covenant and restriction that will establish the <br />proposed building setbacks; and <br />b. The applicant shall record the approved, executed <br />covenant and restriction. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in this <br />matter.
