Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed special assessment. Anyone who wants to inspect any proposed documents may do so at the Utility Services Department, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, FL. Anyone who may wish to appeal any decision which may be made at this meeting will need to ensure, that a verbatim record of the pro- ceedings is made, which includes testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
