11.G.1. FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILWAY COMPANY BLANKET <br />LICENSE UTILITY CROSSING AGREEMENT <br />The Board reviewed Memoranda dated April 7, 1997 and June 3, 1997: <br />TO: James E. Davis, P.E., <br />Public Works Direct <br />SUBJECT: Florida East Coast Railway Company <br />Blanket License Utility Crossing Agreement <br />REF. LETTER: M.O. Bagley, Manager, FECRR, to James Davis dated May 29, 1997 <br />DATE: June 3, 1997 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />During the April 15, 1997 meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, staff was <br />directed to request the FECRR Company to waive the 16th Street and 12th Street storm <br />sewer pipe crossing fees since the drainage mutually benefits the County and the <br />Railroad. The Railroad has responded by denying the request. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends approving the agreement as presented during the April 15, 1997 <br />Commission meeting (see attached April 7, 1997 memo from James Davis to James <br />Chandler). <br />TO: James E.
