Keller, CLA <br />Certified Legal Assistant <br />THRU: Cha O.Vitunac County Attorney <br />DATE: June 6, 1997 <br />RE: Annual County Tax Deed Applications <br />The Tax Collector has notified us that there are 51 tax certificates held by Indian River County <br />that are now eligible for tax deed applications (as shown on the attached list). In connection with <br />this there is a title search fee of $59 per parcel. <br />Requested Action: Staff requests that the Board approve the payment of the total fee of $3,009 <br />and that the Board authorize the Chairman to sign the attached applications. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously approved the <br />payment of the total fee of $3,009 and authorized the Chairman <br />to sign the applications, as recommended by staff. <br />APPLICATIONS WILL BE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />WHEN EXECUTED AND RECEIVED <br />7.L LINDSEYLANES SUBDIVISION— RELEASE AND SUBSTITUTION OF <br />CONSERVATION EASEMENTS <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of June 11, 1997: <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: vX-William G.
