They are as <br />follows: <br />1. Stan Boling, Chief Current Planning Department stated no <br />traffic impact fees would apply since no change of use is <br />proposed. <br />2. County Water Service is available in the area, costs are as <br />follows: <br />$ 1,300.00 Impact Fee <br />400.00 Tap (hook-up) <br />50.00 Deposit <br />25.00 Water Connection Inspection <br />130.00 5/8" Water Meter <br />1,905.00 <br />3. County Sewer Service is available in the area, costs are as <br />follows: <br />2,795.00 Impact Fee <br />500.00 Tap (hook-up) <br />50.00 Deposit <br />$ 25.00 Sewer Connection Inspection <br />$ 3,371.00 <br />Depending upon the proposed renovation, the water and sewer <br />hook-ups may he mandatory. Total for both hook-ups (1 ERU) would <br />be $5,275.00 not including the cost to run the building to the <br />location of tap. <br />The costs above are based on 1 ERU (Non Profit Club) and could <br />he higher depending on the actual classification.
