RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of utility Services recommends <br />acceptance of the proposed grant agreement as presented and <br />authorization for the chairman to execute same. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Cost Share Agreement with St. Johns River Water <br />Management District and authorized the Chairman to execute <br />same, pursuant to staffs recommendations. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />13.A.1. Eggert, Chairman C! <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />DATE: June 17, 1997 <br />SUBJECT: Gifford Jaycee Building <br />Progress on the Gifford Jaycee Building just came to a screeching halt with the <br />discovery that no water and sewer impact fees have been paid on this property! <br />As you can see on the attached memo, a non-profit club (no kitchen/bar) is <br />classified as 1 ERO, and the sewer impact fee totals $3,371. The total of $5,276 <br />should be paid by the County since we own the land and building. The impact fee <br />does not include the cost of connecting the building to the tap. <br />Recommendation: <br />That the Board of County Commissioners approve the payment of $5,276 for <br />the impact fees and the cost of the connection to the building. <br />JUNE 179 1997 <br />32 <br />� w � <br />
