<br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of June 24, 1997:

<br />FROM: TERRENCE P. O'BRIEN, ASSISTANT COUNTY ATTORNEY
<br />SUBJECT: SALE OF COUNTY LOTS IN VERO BEACH ESTATES
<br />The Board adopted a resolution October 3, 1944, dedicating certain lots in Vero
<br />Beach Estates for public streets and thoroughfares. A title company handling the
<br />sale of one of these lots, as a result of the Karlin -Daniel auction, has requested
<br />that this recorded dedication be removed.
<br />The attached resolution would accomplish this.
<br />Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Board adopt the attached
<br />resolution and authorize the Chairman to sign it on behalf of the Board of
<br />County Commissioners.
<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED by Commissioner
<br />Macht, the Board unanimously adopted Resolution 97-64 removing a
<br />dedication from certain lots in Vero Beach Estates Subdivision.
