RESOLUTION NO. 97- 64 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />REMOVING A DEDICATION FROM CERTAIN LOTS IN <br />VERO BEACH ESTATES SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County by <br />Resolution dated October 3, 1944 (copy attached) dedicated certain lots in Vero Beach <br />Estates Subdivision for public streets; and <br />WHEREAS, said lots have never been used for streets or thoroughfares; and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to remove the dedication; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the dedication set forth <br />in the October 3, 1944, resolution is hereby set aside and removed and said lots shall no <br />longer have this restriction. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner G i n n , <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner M a c h t and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K.
