INCORPORATED <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of July 8, 1997: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />LIZ kFROM: Lea R ,K ler, CLA, County Attorney's Office <br />THROUGH: Cha anac, o ty Attorney <br />DATE: July 8,1997 <br />RE: HOBART WATER PLANT PROPERTY <br />In 1989 the County entered into an agreement with Hobart Landing Services <br />Company to take over its water treatment system. Included in this agreement was <br />the condition that the County would return the property when it was no longer <br />needed. The Utilities Department has advised us that County has connected <br />Hobart Landing to its regional water system and no longer needs the water plant <br />site. <br />Therefore, at the request of the attorney for the Homeowners' Association <br />attached is a quitclaim deed from the County and the former owner to the <br />Homeowners' Association. <br />Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the Board authorize the <br />Chairman to execute the attached document on behalf of the Board of County <br />Commissioners. <br />JULY 15, 1997 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED by Commissioner <br />Macht, the Board unanimously approved the QuitClaim Deed to <br />Hobart Landing Home Owners' Association, Incorporated and <br />authorized the Chairman to execute same, as recommended by staff. <br />DEED W]ILL BE RECORDED IN TIE PUBLIC RECORDS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />11 <br />690K U PAGE 6'1 <br />
