Thompson, P.E. <br />Capital Projects Manager <br />SUBJECT: 26"' Street Paving and Drainage Improvements <br />58' Avenue to 661 Avenue, Work Order No. 1 <br />Pay Request No. 10 and Final Release <br />DATE: July 15, 1997 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Construction services and final certification of the roadway and drainage improvements <br />on 26"' Street between 58"' Avenue and 66"' Avenue have been completed. Carter <br />Associates, Inc. is 'requesting final payment and release of retainage in the amount of <br />$1,006.59. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends that the Board approve final payment and release of retainage to Carter <br />Associates, Inc. Funding is from Account # 111-214-541-033.13. <br />ATTACHMENT <br />Application for Payment No. 10 and Final Release <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously approved the final <br />payment and release of retainage to Carter Associates, Inc., as <br />recommended in the Memorandum. <br />38 <br />JULY 229 1997 <br />
