The site is located in an AE special flood hazard zone, base flood elevation 22.2 <br />ft. N.G.V.D. In the attached letter from the applicant's engineer dated June 6, 1997, a waiver of the <br />cut and fill balance requirement is requested. The lot area is 1.08 acres.
